Itís me; remember...your friendly neighborhood worldwalker.
Ok I havenít been walking much lately since Iíve just finished my 5 month tour season with Educational Field Trips but I have been walkin..
and taking photos which my trusty web supporter Lynn has uploaded here as I slowly
pieced together the C&O Canal pathway on my days in between tours and explored new cities like Portland, Marthaís Vineyard, and Paso Robles,
CA and recently just spent 10 beautiful days on Catalina Island and reunited with old friends Sydney Lovelace
(www.lasurfandswim.com) Tao (www.lafco.tv) and Vessy
(www.vessy.com) in Venice Beach, CA.
And this week, by the time you have received this I will have already re-started my
worldwalk from Olathe, Kansas thanks to the help of the Creemer family (www.scoopfromthecreemery.blogspot.com) of Lees Summit, KS,
and couchsurfers Kim and Emily of Kansas City and Lawrence, KS. I'm slowly heading west (toward Los Angeles - I said slowly
remember) so wish me luck by e-mailing me or leaving a message on my voice mail at
Just got word Iíll be working from September to end of November at the Freedom, New Hampshire
sites of Nature's Classroom on West Osippee lake right in the shadows of the White Mountains. Yay!
Hope you all are doing good.
Oh yes before I forget, my Frankieís Pizza Book is almost complete. Kim Small, my designer
and amazing assistant has been hard at work putting the finishing touches on what I know will be a special little book. The wheels
are in motion to probably have the first book reading/tasting/fundraiser for Quarry Lane Middle School in September with my pal Liz
Paz-Rumore and her next batch of students who will be traveling to DC this October!
Lastly, new pals Isabel and Sunika, a duo called the Planet Mamas have launched www.planetmama.com
(website coming soon) and I will be consulting them on a bevy of great new ideas, logo design and web support to deliver the much needed goal
of "Creative Parenting Without Borders" a new entity that will shed light on places and tips for parents to travel with their little ones.
So life is full, exciting and always something new just steps (well lots of steps) away! Cheers.
love to all, Cesar
